Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is an issue please contact us at support@canadianmealprep.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled ship date to receive a full credit.

If your order has shipped, or within 48 hours of your scheduled ship date, we cannot cancel the order.
